Level I Pricing (per resident):
Friendship Suite: $1,795.00 to $1995.00
Private Suite: $2,595.00 to $2895.00
* Independent Friendship Suite: $1349.00
Includes residential suite, three meals per day, daily snacks, and assistance including: cueing, monitoring, reminders, and supervision with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulating, orientation, etc.), three showers or more per week, daily housekeeping. Linen and personal laundry services as needed, daily activities, scheduled transportation, and assistance with medication.
Additional Levels of Care: Our Wellness Director will assess your loved one upon admission, and determine their appropriate level of care. With increasing needs that require more personal care it’s comforting to know that we offer two additional levels at increments of only $200 per level. You can rest comfortably knowing that $400 is the limit we charge for providing the additional care your loved one may require as they age in place.
We also offer Extended
Congregate Care services.
Continence Program: We provide a comprehensive continence care program
for residents who need assistance with bladder and/or bowel incontinence.
The good news is that we also include all the supplies required for
this program.

Special Care:
Our community has a
designated and secure Alzheimer’s/Dementia/
Memory Impairment unit called “Avalon GARDENS.”

Included are the same
services described in the Assisted Living Program, but in addition,
the unit is staffed at a higher ratio of
personal care staff to resident and all staff have been educated
in level I and II Alzheimer's training. You’ll also find comfort
in knowing that the continence program and supplies are inclusive
in the pricing, and there are no additional levels of care increases.
